£14.99
This book follows Jimmy's journey as he tries to settle back into society. He tries very hard, gets a good job and meets a nice girl. Unfortunately, it doesn't last. Things start in a downward spiral and trouble is never far away. He pals up with Johnny Reymond, an out of work, wild biker. They get into many scrapes and often find themselves in trouble. This causes many family rows and upsets.
Jimmy becomes desperately depressed and attempts suicide: Fortunately his sister finds him in time. He is disowned by his mother and thrown out. With no job and not wanted at home, he has to live 'rough'. He built a brilliant shelter where he lived for several weeks.
For all this, all was not doom and gloom. There were some amazing times, some lovely girls and some great adventures. Remembering the times(1960s), enjoy your journey.
