Thomas Phillips

During a thirty-six-year military career, Tom Phillips led an isolated ‎unit through a terrorist episode, ran a think tank for the Commander-‎in-Chief, Strategic Air Command, served as Director of the Air Force ‎Military Personnel Readiness Center during Operation Desert Storm, ‎and led troops into Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina. After his military ‎service, he worked as a university administrator before beginning a ‎writing career that includes several books on military history and one ‎on the sport of baseball. He writes short stories and poetry when the ‎time is right.‎
