Born in the West Midlands, United Kingdom, in the late fifties, the author spent his formative years as a member of an average family, residing in an ordinary house on a typical street. His educational journey was unremarkable, with grades that mirrored this uneventful experience. Upon concluding formal education at the age of sixteen, the world of literature beckoned.
A newfound passion for reading led this individual to authors such as James Herbert, Steven King, Wilbur Smith, John Grisham and James Clavell. From that point forward, a literary addiction took hold, shaping the course of their life.
