Libby Barnes

Libby Barnes has lived in Naples, Florida since 1992 where she raised her now three adult children — two attorneys and a business owner.
Her children were raised with two Maine Coon Cats, a black rescue Tuxedo cat and two golden retrievers.

Libby has a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. She is an avid golfer and avid deep sea angler for such fish as sailfish, swordfish, dolphin/mahi and tarpon and has participated in many fishing tournaments.

Libby now has time to dedicate to her longtime dream of writing children's picture books, focusing on teaching children moral issues early in their lives in a playful and colorful way. Her goal is to teach children across the globe empathy and compassion, especially towards those that appear different from them.
