Julia Culen is an executive coach, management consultant, entrepreneur and author, leading projects in change, leadership, and strategy for international large clients.

She is the Co-Founder of the Conscious Consulting Group (CCG) and practices, develops and teaches Conscious Consulting—bridging wisdom traditions and business.

Julia hosts a successful podcast, the Conscious Consulting podcast, where she invites cutting edge leaders and experts in various fields who share her vision of an emerging new way of doing conscious business in a fragile and interwoven world.

She also serves as Chair of the Board at Carl Suchy & Söhne, Austria’s iconic watchmaker.

Julia lives in Austria and Spain, where she offers consulting, coaching, and retreats that invite leaders and consultants to work — and live — more consciously.

 

 

Christian Mayhofer

 

Christian Mayhofer co-founded CCG Conscious Consulting Group, bringing more than forty years of experience as a psychotherapist, social worker, consultant, and former Zen monk, with an emphasis on large-scale change, transformation, strategy, and leadership. Previously, he served as director of a rehab clinic for drug abuse and HIV, and he has dedicated the past thirty-five years to personal mastery, strategy, and sustainable leadership practices. After founding and leading multiple consulting firms, he now incorporates spirituality and wisdom traditions into his global consultancy and advisory work, supporting leaders and organizations through growth and crisis.

 

Christian and Julia teach Conscious Consulting, Business, and Leadership at the CCG Masterclass as well as at universities including the University of Vienna, ABBS Business School Bangalore, and ESSEC Business School Paris.
