Habiba Alkali-Nur

Habiba Alkali-Nur is a published author who started writing short stories and poetry in 1995 at the age of seventeen. Her first lone published work is The Phantom Army, which is a work of fiction inspired by real events. It is widely read and used for academic purposes in tertiary institutions in her home country (Nigeria). Aside from creative writing, Habiba also expresses herself through her art work and paintings, which remain her true passion but away from her creative world, the author has been serving in the government for over seventeen years
