My life has been eventful and traumatic which has left me battling many demons inside my head.
I was once told by a therapist to write down my feelings, over the years and tears my words turned into poems and it became therapeutic and healing.

My poems are about my real life experiences and touch upon some heavy and current topics that the world is dealing with at present.
Ultimately I hope my poems touch or help someone in need.
