Deborah Schwartz

Deborah Schwartz is a Pre-Kindergarten teacher in Greenwich, CT. She holds a
Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Arts in Teaching
from Manhattanville College. Deborah enjoys spending quality time with her
family, friends and colleagues. Originally from Tupper Lake, New York, her
favorite hobbies include hiking in the Adirondacks and boating on the Raquette
River. Deborah's first book, The ABCs of Being the Best Me!, was inspired by
her experiences at The Omega Institute, where she worked alongside her
Little Flower Yoga coaches and teammates. Her training in Social-Emotional
Learning and Mindfulness also deeply influenced the creation of the book.
The ABCs of Being the Best Me! was written to empower children of all ages
to realize their full potential, strengthening their communities and making the
world a brighter place.
