BD Bourne

Now retired and living in Spain and France, B. D.
Bourne has finally had time to start writing all those
books waiting impatiently on the bookshelves
of her mind!
Before retirement, she had an interesting career
which included serving petrol, cleaning hospital
toilets, repossessing cars and working as a secretary
to a variety of interesting characters. The latter
years of her career were spent as a teacher and
then a senior lecturer.
Oh yes, and she also has three grown-up sons,
whom she loves in three completely different ways.
This is her first book which, she claims, appeared in
her mind the day after a dear friend died. Many of
the events in this first Bean Seed book were inspired
by the experiences and adventures that were shared
with this friend. So, as well as it being a cracking
good adventure story, it is also a tribute to a friend
who should have had many more
years of adventures.
