The purchase of a second-hand dressing table results in Jasmin having her house burgled on the same night that the dressing table was delivered. Jasmin has to hunt down the previous owner of the dressing table. This turns out to be a young lady, the original owner's daughter. A friendship that leads both ladies into the sordid world of drug dealing is ignited. Romance blossoms for both of them before life gets back to normal.
