Poetry the Buddha Taught Me

Ron Israel

May all beings have ease of mind and comfort of heart. Poetry the Buddha Taught Me is a journey through stillness, struggle, and awakening. In these contemplative verses, Ron Israel explores the nature of self, love, impermanence, and inner peace with clarity and depth. Drawing inspiration from Buddhist teachings and everyday life, each poem is a quiet invitation to pause, reflect, and return to what matters. Whether pointing to the moon or sitting with sorrow, these poems are both grounding and expansive—offering a path not of answers, but of presence.
