YOLO, FOMO, and Other Stuff: A Guide for Youth Navigating Life

John Hart

Being young today isn't easy. Between social pressure, endless choices, and the occasional ‎identity crisis, it's a lot to handle. YOLO, FOMO, and Other Stuff offers grounded, practical ‎advice for navigating it all-with a relatable voice, a touch of humor, and plenty of real talk.‎

John Hart writes with calm clarity, focusing on the quiet, often overlooked moments that shape ‎how we see ourselves and connect with others. Through thoughtful stories and reflections, this ‎book invites you to slow down, pay attention, and figure out what really matters-what ‎grounds you, what moves you, and how to show up for yourself in a complicated world.‎

No lectures. No judgment. Just honest guidance for when life feels like a confusing mix of ‎memes, pressure, and "what now?" It won't solve everything, but it might help you feel a little ‎more steady-and maybe even smile along the way.‎
