Lori-Ann has been an emergency room and labour and delivery nurse as well as a full-time mother of three daughters. She has climbed and slept in mountains and trees all over Canada and the United States and even tried her hand at surfing in Hawaii. She and her family live in Canada with beloved fish, cats, a malamute and a house bunny. She is a born-again Christian who loves her family, all animals, being outdoors and visiting the ocean. She believes that books should entertain but also inspire and empower young readers!
