The Mirror Man (Part One)

P T Jay

Men respected him; wanted to be him, women just wanted him. What did he want? Kelvin ‎just wanted to serve his last six months serving Queen and country and ponder a life-‎changing decision. Stay in and jump from Staff Sergeant, Royal Engineers, to the heady ‎heights of Captain, or get out and give that business idea a go; one that could make him a ‎mint and get him the woman he loved, to boot. ‎
But then his country came calling once more; one last job; a nothing task. Get in, get out and ‎report. Play at being James Bond. Every red blooded male's wet dream, right?‎
But some dreams are nightmares.

ABOUT P T JAY

The author went straight from school into the army, aged sixteen, ‎in 1983 and left in 1996 as staff sergeant in the Royal Logistics ‎Corps. On demob, he initially settled into a logistics managerial ‎position but then realised that he enjoyed life more behind a ‎steering wheel rather than chained to an office chair. In 2000, he ‎upgraded his Class 2 Licence to Class 1 and has mostly been ‎employed in the ‘tramper' role ever since. Spending most of his ‎time alone gives him plenty of time for the writing spark to ‎germinate and grow.‎
