The main protagonist of the story, Makmed, barely realises that he has died. Undeterred, he embarks ‎on a vast journey across time, space and culture. From his pocket he takes a deck of cards. With these ‎he will navigate his way through the streets of Istanbul, Kolkata, Barcelona, Amsterdam and New ‎York City. He turns over the first card. What will it tell him?‎
