ABOUT DAWN HARWOOD

As an only child, I grew up creating stories and fantasy worlds in my head, telling them to my ‎imaginary class of teddies as I dreamed of becoming a teacher and an author. At twenty-two, I ‎graduated from Birmingham University and have been a primary school teacher ever since. Living ‎in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and discovering the beauty of North Devon on family ‎holidays with my husband and two children, I have had all the inspiration required to write this ‎children's story, along with my passion for the classic Mary Shelley novel, Frankenstein.‎
