Trailing the Perfect Murderer

N Ahmet Erözenci and Translated by Ümit Hussein

Trailing the Perfect Murderer by N Ahmet Erözenci is a gripping tale of a murder that shakes a crowded street to its core.

When a man is shot dead in broad daylight, the police are left scrambling to catch the killer. As the investigation unfolds, the murderer’s identity is revealed, but his motives remain shrouded in mystery.

Then a drunk driver gets involved in an accident, killing all forty-one passengers on board. A mother kills his son, who’s been suffering from locked-in syndrome for ten years. A man kills his father, who’s despoiled his sister.

With a fast-paced narrative and a cast of intriguing characters, this novel delves into the dark underbelly of crime and the complexities of human nature as well as the philosophy of life and death.

As the inspector grapples with the question of 'why one murders another, and what should be called a murder', the reader is taken on a thrilling journey through the twists and turns of a murder case that defies easy answers.
