The Author is a retired Chartered Engineer who was challenged by his NHS consultant oncologist to do something useful with his remaining life, in return for a very expensive immunotherapy treatment aimed at preventing a recurrence of metastatic malignant melanoma. Writing books of fiction was the agreed deal, and this is the first such book.
