W. J. Armstrong - Bungay MA Education Inclusion and Diversity, is a retired police officer and long term foster carer. She has a background in youth work and is attached to several voluntary organsiation (Scouts, St John, First Responders etcetera). Wendy has always taken a keen interest in the physical and mental welfare of children with over thirty years of experience of dealing with children going through crisis.
