Rumyana Whitcher

Rumyana Whitcher lives and writes in Somerset, Southwest England, surrounded by the beautiful Jurassic Coast and Somerset Levels. She was born in Bulgaria and she has written many poems in her native language. As a naturalist by profession, she loves spending time in nature, where she observes the richness of the natural world. She believes in the deep connection of our spiritual world to the beauty of nature. Underneath the Willow Tree is her first book of poems published in English, in which she has included her own photographs and illustrations.
