Robert Williams
Robert Williams has been a school teacher in the West Midlands for over twenty-five years. The inspiration for the Saddler's Investigators mysteries draws on his experiences in the classroom, and the thousands of pupils, colleagues, and parents, he has spent time with over the years. He spends most of his time outside the school day writing, but he is also a keen photographer and can often be found out in the countryside or along the canals of Walsall snapping away. He has twin sons who are now far too old to pay any attention to his writing, but he knows underneath the teenage grunts they think it's pretty cool having an author for a dad.
