Neil Beaton

Neil Beaton was raised in the highlands not far from Beauly. He played shinty at Teanassie Primary School, Inverness Royal Academy and Glasgow University (where he was for a time the treasurer of the shinty team). He has won prizes for short stories in competitions run by The Herald and Radio Clyde.
