Kristina Rodriguez and Jakie Rodriguez

Jakie and Kristina Rodriguez are sisters who grew up in two worlds as a result of being multicultural. Born to a family of immigrants and Mexican and Romanian parents, the authors, along with their brother, have learned how to identify and belong within both cultural groups. They consider their mixed background a privilege that has allowed them to learn and grow as human beings in a diverse world.
