Geraldine Alami-Hill

Before she started writing, Geraldine Alami-Hill has
experimented with various occupations: a Montessori teacher,
aid worker, manager and researcher. She remains an intrepid
traveller and adventure enthusiast. She and her husband share
their home in Germany with their enigmatic twin daughters
and feisty cat, Rocky. She is forever telling stories but this is
the first she has written down. There was a knock at the door,
is her debut book for children and adults alike to love.
