A Girl Called Crocker

Grahame C.W. Howard

When ambition free layabout, Andy Norris, comes up with the idea of creating a new party to stand ‎at the forthcoming by-election, the Beer and Darts (BAD) Party is born. It is his latest ruse to try to ‎convince his housemate, Lucy, that he is a man of substance and ambition.‎
Meanwhile, PC Crocker, who is still trying to apprehend a bicycle thief, is now involved with a ‎murder enquiry and it is time for him to go undercover once more, this time as ‘Fleur'.‎
He infiltrates a strange guesthouse, becoming friends with a nurse, a chambermaid and a Parisian ‎girl, all of whom appear to only work night shifts.‎
The situation gets further out of hand when tough guy ‘Crusher' takes a shine to ‘Fleur'.‎
Andy and his hapless friends are causing chaos again.‎

Grahame Howard was born in London in 1953. His childhood was spent in Norfolk, following which he returned to London to study medicine at St Thomas' Hospital Medical School.
