The Golden Coin is Ms Barr’s first adventure into the world of whimsical fantasy for young adults. She enjoyed writing fantasy so much that she soon followed with Sethbar – the Changeling.
In 2007, children’s books joined her range of genres. When writing for children, Ms Barr’s main focus is encouraging moral values, life lessons, and a fun story for her young readers, while creating a solid understanding of family values.
Her first children books were soon published and gained her both ‘editor’s choice and star reader’ awards.
Author Mary Barr brings you a delightful collection of young adult and children’s bedtime stories, bursting with colourful characters and endearing adventures.
