Over 20 years, we have published books from a wide variety of genres and from many talented authors around the world. Pegasus Publishers continue to publish new titles every month as we strive to share stories and characters from our authors to our readers.
As we begin to look forward to our upcoming May releases, let’s take a moment and look back at May releases from year’s past:
2023 - Within. A Memoir. - Maxwell T. Dylan
This heart-aching but profound memoir follows the author, returning to his former home after an international divorce, having to say goodbye to his three young children as they leave for France.
Dylan’s approach to writing is visceral, lyrical and emotionally charged, as he explores the pain and memory of being separated from his kids - and the dark journey it took him on.
This book is touching and devastating in equal measure, but Dylan injects it with humor, ache and wisdom affirming to himself and the reader that sometimes you have to lose a lot to find yourself.

2022 - And So It Was - Marian Smith
This contemporary set Northern Irish novel is in touch with the spiritual realm and the insight and power that connection can bring to someone’s life.
Ellen O’Hare is in a drifting marriage, has two sons who are affected by her and her husband's distance, but finds solace in Rose McGrath, a new friend who feels like a spiritual sister.
Together, they draw the strength they need to face life’s ups and downs. Delicately and beautifully, they see that the spirit world is always there, supporting everyone, especially when times are difficult.

2021 - Indigo Seas - Samantha Novak
Fourteen-year-old Maurice, his younger brother, and their photojournalist parents set sail for Madagascar in a journey that offers up much more than the family were expecting.
Strange purple clouds, sea monster and nightmares. These are the stories of Captain Frake, the man piloting the ship through the Mozambique Channel, known for its choppy waters and terrifying legends.
Samantha Novak’s folk story is based on a vivid dream that she needed to write down, with her book being a blurring between reality and legend.

2020 - Living in Harmony - Muriel Freeborn
This book tells the beautiful story of Susan’s life - a life committed to three things: her family, her friends and her piano.
From an early age, she discovers she needs all three, trying hard to get her priorities right and makes time to give each the attention it demands. Muriel Freeborn’s writing is undisturbed, flowing through Susan’s life as seamlessly as our own.
Life is an undulating experience, unexpected things do happen, with Susan being no exception. At under 150-pages, this light read is perfect pacing for the most novice of readers.

2019 - Predator Island - Tony Bury
Callington Island houses a large prison for those convicted with murder and facing a death sentence. Callington Island is also home to a small quiet community, away from the hustle and bustle of modern city life.
One day, Sister Trinity is found murdered. Nobody in town is a suspect, all assume a prisoner has escaped. But as Father Matthew and island bobby Nigel try to solve the case, secrets are unearthed and a dawning realization is made…
