Just a few more days until January is over and we push out into February, and with it, hopefully, our new year's resolutions are still intact, and making us a better version of ourselves!

Just a few more days until January is over and we push out into February, and with it, hopefully, our new year's resolutions are still intact, and making us a better version of ourselves!

Here at the office, we had a few resolutions which we managed to smash or are still smashing! We thought we would break them down here!

One of our new year's resolutions was to start a weight loss journey, which is still going very well!

Another was to be more open to new ideas and try new things... Trying to say no a lot less! So far delicious new foods and new places explored have been ticked off!

Similar to the weight loss journey, we have someone who has a fitness goal, or challenge, to get a healthier body and mindset! They've found that doing a certain amount of exercise each day makes them feel happier and more confident in themselves.

We also have someone that has decided to go completely sober for the year, and so far it is going amazingly, with them feeling more energetic and healthy, both physically and mentally!

For anyone else who is in the same boat, we have an incredible book by Geoff Gibson, called A Year Without Beer, which details the author's journey through sobriety and making a positive difference in their lives.

Just because the year has already started, it doesn't mean you can't make a change now!
