AJ Stuart- "Trapped"
Futurologist Sir Andrew Brown has designed a post-Covid society that can be self-sufficient in times of crisis. When his only child, Sam, opens the sixth Vertical Village, New Horizons, Sam faces numerous challenges and crises, until a new virus variant emerges. Mother nature, politics and social turmoil combine in a deadly cocktail. Can New Horizons survive the crises it was built to survive? More importantly, can Sam?
The book is a pinnacle of non-binary representation, as Sam is a non-binary character. Author AJ Stuart has designed a neo-pronoun "Ne" to represent the current he, she and they pronouns.
