About Author

Paul T Hart, author

Paul T Hart

The author lives in North Yorkshire with his wife, Mandy. He previously resided in Inverness, where he wrote his debut book, Operation Fulcrum Storm, and the first edition of Operation Red Kite, as well as his third, Operation Yellow Typhoon. Drawing on his nineteen-year Royal Air Force career, his novels reflect some of the challenges faced by operators in the execution of their duties. The bulk of the characters, though entirely fictitious, draw on an amalgam of the many positive personalities, plus a few less so, that he encountered during his RAF career. For the author, writing these novels reinvigorated distant memories of places, but, more importantly, of the people he encountered and the many positive experiences.

Now retired after prolonged periods as a hotelier and commercial estate agent, the author writes most days, plays golf often, and continues to enjoy being outdoors. Travel remains a passion, inspiring him to keep writing.
