Anne-Louise Quinton lives and works in Leeds and Yorkshire. Following an accomplished career in art and design education, a persistent idea for a great story led her to write her debut novel On Hold while her life was very much on hold with a broken leg. Used to inspiring and entertaining her students with tall tales, now she keeps readers rapt with the same energy and experience.
