In her late sixties, with the publication of Power of W, her more recent focus has been redirected to the Third Act and living life to the highest potential, as she describes it – the Authentic Self. Her more recent training programme, “REIGNITE: Rewire not Retire”, echoes the theme of living a meaningful and fulfilling Third Act.

On Camino Once More: 7 Keys to Embrace the Freedom of Joy continues the deepening of this theme to grow and evolve.

Living between Ireland and Portugal, she pursues her passion for contribution and communication as a writer, delivering personal development programmes and seminars, coaching, and as an artist.
