Wendy Wisniewski grew up in Aotearoa, New Zealand, a first-generation Kiwi, with strong connections to Western Australia and Norfolk, England. She studied physiotherapy at Otago University, where she met her soulmate, Jerome. In the early years of their marriage, they set off on an overseas adventure, getting as far as Perth, Western Australia, where they have lived ever since. She is a lover of the outdoors and pushing limits, especially long-distance hiking. Her life has been defined by remarkable experiences and extraordinary serendipity.
