Lulu really, really wants to be a world-class chef.

One day, she sees an ad for a cake recipe competition and decides to enter.

She spends a lot of time preparing her entry forms, including a recipe for her amazing old-fashioned chocolate cake.

But, by the time Lulu takes her forms up to the Post Office, she is not so sure.

With the help of her loyal dog Bobo and the local Postmaster, Lulu learns how important it is to never give up on her dreams.
