The upbeat rhyming style of this book makes it accessible for both children and adults of any age or reading ability. The intention is for the reader to learn about the biological basis of human behavior, and the autonomic nervous system. In the following books, Katie tells the story of her friends and family and will address individually, biological and behavioral issues such as: anger, anxiety, sadness, safety states.

She also has a degree in Psychology and has used her knowledge to create these books, designed not only to entertain but also to serve as a learning tool for all ages.
