Fefi in your Ear

Rebeca Esponda

Fefi, the tiny gnome in Lili’s ear, makes sure that her inner voice is healthy and kind. But one day a rude gnome, Momo, jumps into Lili’s ear and starts making her sad and anxious. Fefi creates a plan to help Lili get rid of Momo and learn how she should speak to herself. As a therapist I’ve noticed how important it is to help children distinguish their thought process, the way they speak to themselves or “inner voice”. It’s the foundation for how they will treat themselves throughout their lives. This fun and exciting story will help children understand and distinguish their inner voice, making it easier to create a healthy one that will provide a happier life.
