Elizabeth Towers

Brought up in the suburbs of Manchester, Elizabeth spent her entire career in the world of primary education, focusing on nurturing children up to the age of eleven. This is her first children’s book, and it draws on her experiences in supporting children as they make the move up to larger schools. Elizabeth continues to live in the north-west of England with her husband, Bob, just a short train ride away from Manchester with its shops and restaurants and, of course, its many theatres and galleries.
