I was lucky enough to be brought up on a
charming little farm in Essex. I had many pets
and animals all with unique characters which
provided me with the perfect inspiration to
write this book. This is a true story about
my pet chicken growing up and how she did
one night escape a fox from getting stuck in a
muddy field. I have told this story and others
to my daughter who encouraged me to take
a leap of faith and get it published.
