Tracey Feltner Francis

Mrs. Tracey Feltner Francis - grew up in a holler in the
Eastern Kentucky Mountains at the confluence of the
Buckhorn Lake. She grew up with family and community
filled activities: home cooked country meals, home grown
garden foods, church, lake fun, and child filled fun. She
attended Alice Lloyd college and then Eastern Kentucky
University (EKU). Mrs. Francis has been married for 24
years - they have three children together and currently,
three grandchildren. She had worked in the field of
education - since graduation from EKU. She is currently a
Special Education Administrator and loves her career.
