We have spent many happy hours writing and illustrating the Waterhole Tales

series, seated at adjoining desks, each with a laptop and the creative juices

flowing. Many times proceedings were brought to a complete standstill as we

fell about laughing as one hilarious plot after another was proposed, added to,

and finally agreed upon for inclusion.

The inspiration for writing these books came from the special time experienced

when reading to our own two boys during their younger years. We spent

countless happy hours amongst the pages, lost in our imagination as books

took us on many journeys and delightful adventures. It is our hope that you

too will enthral your children with the gift of reading, as you enter a voyage of

exploration with the Waterhole Gang.
