Regina was born in Bedford, England, to a British Indian Sikh couple in 1972. She lived in Bedford, for the better part of her young and teenage years, but would stay with relatives in London, Yorkshire, and various parts of the United Kingdom, where she viewed the differences of people and treatment of different cultures. Always considering herself as English.
When the Pandemic occurred, it was a very hard time just sitting indoors all day for all and so she started writing during her covid period/experience to ease the boredom of watching repetitive television and to keep her brain active.
Once she started writing the stories to paper, she could not stop and has had many new ideas which she has progressed to be published. She is currently working on several projects.
