Rasho (H. Naser Rasho) a physician and novelist, and a survivor of the genocide committed by Islamic State (ISIS) against his people, the Yazidis, on the night of August 3, 2014. He managed to escape on August 3, but later returned through Syria to the mountain to provide aid and medical assistance. He was trapped on the mountain, where he spent days and nights in the mountains, in a difficult life, suffering greatly, along with the rest, until they were able to escape through the valley to Syria and then to the north of Iraq (Kurdistan). He lives a different life and works in several different fields, where he works as a medical doctor and works in humanitarian fields as well as in the political opposition in pursuit of justice and freedom in a homeland where life almost completely disappears.
