About

Matthew Roberts

The author is a wildly imaginative Mensan with a feral mind that ‎seeks out fun, fantasy, and carnal delights; drawing from a lifetime of ‎diverse experiences and interests to create paranormal and often sci-fi ‎adventures. He has a BA in chemistry, an MBA, and an MS in ‎research psychology that included studies in animal behavior, altered ‎states of consciousness, and the psychology of sex and romance. His ‎wilderness adventures - hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, ‎backcountry horse riding, boating - are the basis of much of the ‎action in the stories he writes, as is world travel. The author served in ‎the U.S. Air force as an air weapons control officer and has held ‎positions in administration, materials engineering, and computer ‎systems analysis, all of which enrich his storytelling. A big fan of ‎mythology since high school, he enjoys incorporating myths from ‎many cultures and religions into his work.‎
