The author is a wildly imaginative Mensan with a feral mind that seeks out fun, fantasy, and carnal delights; drawing from a lifetime of diverse experiences and interests to create paranormal and often sci-fi adventures. He has a BA in chemistry, an MBA, and an MS in research psychology that included studies in animal behavior, altered states of consciousness, and the psychology of sex and romance. His wilderness adventures - hiking, backpacking, mountain climbing, backcountry horse riding, boating - are the basis of much of the action in the stories he writes, as is world travel. The author served in the U.S. Air force as an air weapons control officer and has held positions in administration, materials engineering, and computer systems analysis, all of which enrich his storytelling. A big fan of mythology since high school, he enjoys incorporating myths from many cultures and religions into his work.
