Debut author Marie Louise Stevens has been a published writer since she was a sophomore in college at Northwestern University, where she also did her Master’s degree. She received several fellowships for writing and began her career as a journalist. For many years, her published work focused on the arts, writing textbooks and workbooks. Winners is her first novel. Her second novel, Movie Music is due in 2026.
