I'm a mum of three. My youngest son has ADHD and found it extremely hard to understand his emotions which inspired me to write this book. We all have an 'anger monster' inside us so teaching our children how to control theirs can be very frustrating. I hope my book can help all the parents out their trying to support their little ones battling to regulate themselves after such an overwhelming feeling.
I can feel it creeping up. I want to scream and shout! The anger monster is back again, why can't I make it stop. I hope my mum can help me. She always knows what to do. Let's find out what I can do to feel like me again.
