Louiza Chabane is a survivor of sexual abuse as a child. She wants to share her survivor’s guide, because many times, psychological and spiritual tools are too theoretical to be incorporated. It’s hard to know where to start or how to process hard emotions with stillness. As for others, her healing journey was unique. She was lucky to find a lot of content online and to have good support. Louiza gathered and created the whole content to offer survivors an inherent healing guide. She expanded her awareness to create her own recipe. She will also mention some new-edge theories, like Reiki.
Emma thought she had outrun her past—until the silence of a broken world forces her to face it. When she awakens to a reality where she appears to be utterly alone, she sets out on a desperate journey across a deserted landscape, battling fear, isolation, and the haunting echoes of buried trauma. As memories resurface and her mind becomes both her greatest enemy and only companion, Emma turns to faith, spirituality, and inner strength to survive. But healing is not a straight path—it is a war within. Lost in the Mind is a gripping, deeply emotional story of survival, resilience, and self-discovery—where confronting the darkest truths may be the only way to reclaim the light.
