Lorna draws on her Master’s Degree in Career Guidance and Development, 35 years working with the Scottish Careers Service and many years as a volunteer with youth organisations, to create Fledge Town, career education stories which support children to develop a positive self-identity with a belief that they can make a difference in their own unique way.
