Married for fifty years, I am now a widow with two married sons, four grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
I came into writing late in life after enjoying many arts and crafts.
When my husband died a few years ago, I carried on visiting a place in Turkey, where we had stayed many times. Unfortunately, the last time, I struggled home with a broken ankle and am now afraid to travel on my own again. (It's a country I love, having been fortunate to see quite a lot of it during thirty-three visits.)
I now lead a quiet life. I love my garden and home and now, finally, have found my vocation in life... writing.
I have written two more books and I am now rewriting the first, but my heroine goes to Turkey!
I really enjoyed writing One Step at a Time, Jenny and hope the reader enjoys it, too.
