The author was foremost a Buddhist practitioner who had been practicing and learning for many years under her teacher, H.E. Dupseng Rinpoche. She worked as a doctor of clinical psychology (Dr Justine Bannister) for over seventeen years working with the mind and had a passion in consciousness, mind, yoga, self and spiritual development. Her most precious love in life was her three children. She wrote Sacred Consciousness hoping to give back some of the wisdom and knowledge she had learnt.
