Jaime Grookett studied Creative Writing at Drexel University. She is a professor of Teacher Education. Her work appears in various publications, such as Typehouse Literary Magazine, Quail Bell Magazine, and Valiant Scribe. She was awarded Best of Fiction 2020 at Across the Margin. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children, and two rescue dogs. This is her first novel.
